Cooperativa Agraria Kuri Valle del Sisa LTDA is an agrarian and inclusive cooperative founded by 60 small cocoa producers on February 15, 2021, located in the Sisa Valley, El Dorado province, San Martín region, we have managed to unite producers from different native communities, this union makes us strong, with a rich cultural diversity and traditions. Our main activity is the promotion of the cultivation of cocoa, from its sowing, maintenance, harvesting, profit until its export in organic grains.

The harvest of cocoa fruits must be carried out in a timely manner and must be strictly selected from immature and overripe fruits.
In the post-harvest you should select the good fruits from the bad. During the extraction of the grains, counting the grains should be avoided.
Well-fermented beans should have a minimum of 80%.
The humidity of cocoa beans should be between 7 to 7.5%
The weight of 100 grains of a sample must have a minimum of 104 grains.
From each batch the percentage of fermentation, humidity (7%), grain index is determined.
